Abstract
The present invention relates to novel optically active or racemic tetrahydro-1,2,4-oxadiazine-5-thione derivatives of the formula ##STR1## methods for their preparation, pharmaceutical compositions comprising the said compounds as active ingredients and a method for the anticonvulsive treatment of mammals, especially human beings. The compounds of the formula I have as good activity as diphenyl hydantoine but their toxicity is much lower.
