Abstract

This invention relates to a method for antagonizing induced the neuromuscular blocking effects of certain therapeutic agents and pathological disorders in mammals, which comprises administering to said mammal an antagonizing-effective amount of a compound of the formula: ##STR1## wherein R.sub.1 and R.sub.2 are each hydrogen, alkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl, aryl, aralkyl, cycloalkyl, cycloalkyl-lower alkyl or hydroxyalkyl, or, when taken together, form a heterocyclic ring with the nitrogen to which they are attached, with the proviso that both are not hydrogen;
