Abstract

The seat apparatus for vehicles according to the invention includes at least a seat cushion. And the seat cushion has a frame member made of plastics and a cushion foam member mounted thereon. The frame member has a hollow portion therein so as to increase a mechanical strength thereof. Further, at least the front side thereof is supported by a supporting member mounted on a bracket. Therefore, the frame member is reinforced by the supporting member.
