Abstract

Method for preparing an antiperspirant composition of the water-in-oil emulsion type having improved application and aesthetic properties which comprises emulsyfing the aqueous phase in the oil phase in the presence of about 1 to 3% by weight of at least one C.sub.12 to C.sub.20 saturated fatty acid ester of polyglycerol containing about 2 to 10 repeating glycerol units.
