Abstract
Reagents for enzyme immunoassay for apolipoprotein B comprising human apolipoprotein B as a standard antigen, peroxidase-labeled Fab' as an antibody, IgG-coated polystyrene balls, a coloring or fluorescent reagent, hydrogen peroxide as a reaction substrate, a reaction stopper, and buffer solutions. Use of these reagents permits accurate and prompt quantification of apolipoprotein B concentration in serum.
