Abstract
The present invention relates to derivatives of piperidinedione of formula: ##STR1## in which R is alkyl or forms with N a possibly substituted morpholino or piperidino group, n=2 or 3, R.sub.1, R.sub.2, R.sub.3 and R.sub.4 represent H or lower alkyl; R.sub.3 and R.sub.4 taken together may represent (CH.sub.2).sub.m where m=4 or 5 and R.sub.2 and R.sub.3 taken together may represent (CH.sub.2).sub.p where p=3 or 4 and in this case R.sub.1 and R.sub.4 =H, R.sub.5 is H or alkyl. It also relates to a process for manufacturing the product of formula (I) and to the drugs containing a product of formula (I).
