Abstract
A silver halide color photographic material is disclosed. Said material has formed on a base photographic layers including a blue-sensitive silver halide emulsion layer, a green-sensitive silver halide emulsion layer and a red-sensitive silver halide emulsion layer, wherein said blue-sensitive silver halide emulsion layer contains at least one highly reactive yellow coupler having a relative coupling reaction rate of 0.3 or more, said green-sensitive silver halide emulsion layer containing at least one compound of Formula (I): ##STR1## wherein X is a halogen atom or a monovalent organic group capable of leaving upon coupling reaction with the oxidized product of a developing agent; R.sub.1 to R.sub.3 which may be the same or different each represents a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, an alkyl group, a cycloalkyl group, an alkenyl group, a cycloalkenyl group, an alkynyl group, an aryl group, a heterocyclic group, an acyl group, a sulfonyl group, a sulfinyl group, a phosphonyl group, a carbamoyl group, a sulfamoyl group, a cyan group, a spiro compound residual group, a bridged hydrocarbon compound residual group, an alkoxy group, an aryloxy group, a heterocyclic oxy group, a siloxy group, an acyloxy group, a carbamoyloxy group, an amino group, an acylamino group, a sulfonamido group, an imido group, a ureido group, a sulfamoylamino group, an alkoxycarbonylamino group, an aryloxycarbonylamino group, an aryloxycarbonylamino group, an alkoxycarbonyl group, an aryloxycarbonyl group, an alkylthio group, an arylthio group or a heterocyclic thio group, provided that at least two of R.sub.1 to R.sub.3 are other than a hydrogen atom; and R.sub.4 is a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group, an aryl group, a heterocyclic group, an acylamino group, analkylamino group, an anilino group, an alkoxycarbonyl group or an alkylthio group.
