Abstract

A quinazoline compound having the below shown formula or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof is useful for treatment and prevention of ischemic cardiac disease or arrhythmia. ##STR1## in which R is a lower alkyl, methoxy, a halogen, phenyl, a phenyl substituted with methanesulfonyl, furyl, styryl or a styryl substituted with a halogen, methoxy or methylenedioxy.
