Abstract
Alkylresorcinol phosphites useful as antioxidants in lubricants and greases are provided of the formula: ##STR1## wherein R is selected from H and alkyl, and R.sup.1 is an alkyl, said alkyl having from 8 to 18 carbon atoms and consisting of at least 75% secondary alkyl.
