Abstract

A video finder in a single-lens reflex camera comprises a finder eyepiece, a penta roof prism disposed between the eyepiece and a focusing screen, a beam splitter disposed between the penta roof prism and the finder eyepiece, an image-forming optical system for forming a light image from the split beam and an image pickup device for forming a video signal corresponding to the light image formed by the image-forming optical system.
