Abstract

A compound represented by the formula ##STR1## wherein R represents an alkyl group having 7 to 11 carbon atoms, a phenyl group which may be substituted by a lower alkyl group or a halogen atom, or a group of the formula ##STR2## in which X represents a hydrogen or halogen atom. This compound can be prepared by reacting a compound represented by the formula ##STR3## wherein m is an integer of 1 to 2, and Y represents a chlorine atom when m is 1 and --O-- when m is 2, with a compound represented by the following formula ##STR4## wherein M represents a hydrogen or alkali metal atom; and is useful as a miticide.
