Abstract

A pressure transducer with a diaphragm coupler at one end and a sensing element at the other end connected by a capillary tube. The sensing element includes a cap member having a deformable surface including a top wall forming a thin diaphragm having a diametrically disposed raised beam extending across the top surface and having a gage receiving surface for receiving a plurality of strain gages.
