Abstract
A metal salt of an organic phosphate, having good stability and cholesterol-lowering activity, is produced by reacting a known compound ##STR1## wherein R.sub.4 and R.sub.5 are hydrogen or methyl, with a reaction agent such as metal hydroxide.
