Abstract
The present invention provides a direct tabletting agent, consisting essentially of lactose and cellulose with a ratio of lactose to cellulose, referred to the weight, of from 95 to 40:5 to 60, the lactose being present partly in crystalline and partly in amorphous form and the cellulose being present as finely-divided powder. The present invention also provides processes for the production of this direct tabletting agent.
