Abstract

Upon excitation of the electromagnet, a clapper armature is pulled into an operating gap, being increasingly additionally attracted by the pole of an electromagnet yoke leg. The motional plane of the clapper armature extends perpendicularly to the plane of the magnetic flux of the yoke structure of the electromagnet.
