Abstract
An infusion device for a syringe having a tubular wall with a fluid dispensing opening at one end and an internal plunger. A device includes an element for driving the syringe plunger at a selected one of a set of predetermined spring-generated forces which are substantially constant over the range of motion of the plunger.
