Abstract
A color image pickup system includes image pickup apparatus for obtaining a color video signal from an optical image; adjusting apparatus for adjusting the hue of the color video signal produced from the image pickup apparatus; memory apparatus which determines the state of the adjusting apparatus depending on data stored therein; control apparatus which alters the data stored in the memory apparatus by using the output of the image pickup apparatus; and apparatus for supplying initial data to the memory apparatus.
