Abstract

An analgesia composition comprising an aqueous solution of a neurologically active agent in a concentration of from about 10.sup.-3 to about 10.sup.-13 grams/ml and a method of relieving pain comprising topically applying the composition to the genitalia of a human or non-human animal.
