Abstract
There is disclosed a process for the preparation of N,N'-tetrathiodimorpholine wherein an admixture of morpholine and elemental sulfur is oxidized with air or oxygen in the presence of iron salts or iron complexes in combination with zinc compounds such as ZnCl.sub.2 and ZnO to yield N,N'-tetrathiodimorpholine.
