Abstract
Described is a powder stick which includes a shrink film sheathing thereon. The material of the shrink film sheathing is a plasticizer-free hard PVC film having a modulus of elasticity of from about 2400 to 3000 N/mm.sup.2, with the shrink film being from about 50 to 200 .mu.m in thickness.
