Abstract
A luminaire having a boxlike housing with a removable cover secured thereto. The luminaire's reflector, having the socket and lamp components located therein, is rotatable on a planar mounting plate, thus enabling two light output distributions (patterns) to be provided, each at about ninety degrees from the other. The preferred lamp is a high intensity discharge (HID) lamp (e.g., high pressure sodium).
