Abstract
A compound of formula (I): ##STR1## or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, ester or amide thereof, in which: W is an optionally substituted phenyl group of the formula ##STR2## wherein R.sup.1 is hydrogen or fluorine, R.sup.2 is hydrogen, C.sub.1-6 alkyl, halogen or trifluoromethyl; or W is a phenoxymethyl or benzofuran-2-yl group;
