The mounting member is mounted on the base member, and the mounting member has a first ball portion. The support arm has a first socket portion on an outer surface thereof, and the first socket portion is slidably mounted on the first ball portion of the mounting member. The support arm further includes a second ball portion on an inner surface thereof, and the inner surface is slidably mounted on the second socket member.
