An N-t-alkyl-N-sec-alkyl secondary amine compound of the formula: ##STR1## wherein X, Y and Z are each independently selected from --H, --OH, or an alkyl group having from 1 to about 15 carbon atoms; and n is an integer of from 3 to about 6.
