Abstract
Compounds of formula (I): ##STR1## (wherein R represents hydrogen or a C.sub.1 -C.sub.3 alkyl group) have analgesic, anti-inflammatory and immuno-regulatory activities. The compounds exist in the form of cis- and trans-isomers with respect to the cyclohexyl ring, as well as a number of optical isomers.
