Abstract
A pharmaceutical composition comprising an amount, effective for inhibiting platelet aggregation, of guanosine monophosphate represented by the following formula ##STR1## wherein one of X, Y and Z represents a H.sub.2 PO.sub.3 group and the remaining two of these represent a hydrogen atom, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof and a pharmaceutically acceptable diluent or carrier.
