In further aspect, lifting vanes are attached to the inside of the drum and extend generally longitudinally along the interior surface of the drum protruding generally radially inwardly. Catching vanes can be attached to the conduit means to extend generally longitudinally therealong protruding generally radially from the conduit means in a direction generally normal to a radius of the drum.
