Abstract
A composition of matter comprising neoalkoxy organo-titanates having the following formula: ##STR1## wherein R, R.sup.1 and R.sup.2 are each a monovalent alkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl, aralkyl, aryl or alkaryl group having up to twenty carbon atoms or a halogen or ether substituted derivative thereof, and, in addition, R.sup.2 may also be an oxy derivative or an ether substituted oxy derivative of said groups; A, B, and C are each a monovalent aroxy, thioaroxy, diester phosphate, diester pyrophosphate, oxyalkylamino, sulfonyl or carboxyl containing up to 30 carbon atoms; and a+b+c=3.
