Abstract

A device for magnetoabrasive machining of workpieces, comprising a carrier ade of a nonmagnetic material and at least one permanent magnet made as a bank of at least four magnetic elements contacting one another with their side surfaces. The bank is situated on a respective magnetic circuit 5 secured on the carrier 1. The magnetic elements are so arranged in each bank that the polarity of their poles alternates staggerwise in the plane formed by said poles.
