Abstract
A compound of the formula ##STR1## where R.sub.1 is hydrogen, lower alkyl, alkaline earth metal or alkali metal; or magnesium halide salts thereof, useful as intermediates for unsaturated eicosanoic acids and derivatives thereof which inhibit the synthesis of SRS-A.
