Abstract
Dyes corresponding to general formula (I) are released imagewise from corresponding dye-releasers in the dye diffusion transfer process. They react with nickel ions to form lightfast, cyan dye-metal complexes having advantageous spectral properties: ##STR1## wherein Q represents the group required for completing an optionally substituted phenyl or naphthyl group;
