Abstract

There is provided a 2,2,6,6-tetramethylpiperidine derivative represented by the formula (I), ##STR1## wherein R.sub.1 and R.sub.2 independently represent a hydrogen atom or methyl group, and R.sub.3 represents an alkylene group having one to four carbon atoms. A method for producing said derivatives is also provided.
