Abstract
The shoe has a front gaiter which comprises a first portion, mainly spanning the side regions of the skier's leg and being hinged to the shell, and a second portion, which mainly spans the front region of the skier's leg, and at least partly overlaps the first portion. A strap is also provided of positioning and mutually securing the first portion and second portion together.
