Abstract

The present invention relates to a process for manufacturing guanylurea sulfamate, whereby dicyandiamide and sulfaminic acid are reacted in an aqueous or organic-aqueous medium at a temperature within the range 70.degree. C.-105.degree. C. Guanylurea sulfamate is obtained in very good yield and high purity by this process.
