Abstract

The invention relates to a herbicide composition as well as to the preparation of carboxylic-acid-amido-thiol-carbamate derivatives forming the active agent of the composition. The carboxylic acid-amido-thiolcarbamate derivatives are illustrated by general formula (I) ##STR1## wherein R.sub.1 and R.sub.2 can be identical or different and can stand for hydrogen, a C.sub.1-10 straight or branched alkyl group, a C.sub.2-10 straight or branched alkenyl group, a C.sub.5-6 cycloalkyl or phenyl group, a phenyl radical substituted by a C.sub.1-3 alkyl group, a C.sub.1-3 dialkyl group or halogen, but R.sub.1 and R.sub.2 can form together a hexamethylene group, too;
