Abstract
Disclosed is an improved layered photoresponsive imaging member comprised of (1) a supporting substrate, (2) a photogenerating layer comprised of a dihydroxymetallic phthalocyanine, especially those selected from the group consisting of dihydroxygermanium phthalocyanine, dihydroxytin phthalocyanine and dihydroxysilicon phthalocyanine, and (3) a diamine hole transport layer comprised of an arylamine dispersed in an inactive resinous binder composition.
