Abstract
A portable resistive-type exercise device adapted for both arm and leg exercises. The device includes a housing containing a reel and a length of cord. Within the housing are adjustable friction blocks for applying tension to the cord whereby resistance is exerted against a force withdrawing the cord from the housing. A handle or strap is provided to transmit the force to both the arms and legs. A bracket is supplied which allow for permanent wall mounting or temporary mounting about a door frame.
