Abstract

Fungicides contain an alpha-azolylglycol of the formula I ##STR1## where R.sup.1 is alkyl, R.sup.2 is alkyl or unsubstituted or substituted phenyl or biphenylyl, R.sup.3 is hydrogen, alkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl or unsubstituted or substituted benzyl and X is CH or N, or its plant-tolerated salts or metal complexes.
