Abstract
The invention concerns a method of forming a printing sleeve, comprising the steps of starting from a cylindrical supporting surface 4 upon which a knitted fabric 2' is applied as a gas-permeable means, providing a sheet of a thermoplastic elastomeric composition thereupon, and applying a pressure difference and heat so as to press the sheet upon said surface and to obtain a fusion of the sheet with the fabric.
