Abstract
A dielectric ceramic composition comprises a main component comprising, in percent by weight, 32 to 47% SrTiO.sub.3, 26.5 to 46% PbTiO.sub.3, 8 to 16% CaTiO.sub.3, 5 to 16% Bi.sub.2 O.sub.3, and 3 to 10% TiO.sub.2 ; ZnO in an amount of 1 to 3.8% of the total composition; and SiO.sub.2 in an amount of 1 to 3.8% of the total composition. The dielectric ceramic composition having a high dielectric constant, a small voltage dependence of dielectric properties, and a low firing temperature.
