Abstract
Photoresponsive devices, including layered photoresponsive devices comprised of a photoconductive layer of squaraine compositions of the following formula: ##STR1## wherein R.sub.1, R.sub.2, and R.sub.3 are independently selected from the group consisting of alkyl substitutents and aryl substituents.
