A thick film conductor composition comprising an admixture of finely divided particles of noble metal and inorganic binder dispersed in organic medium in which the inorganic binder consists essentially of a bismuth silicate glass and/or bismuth germanate glass, ZnO and optionally Bi.sub.2 O.sub.3.
