Abstract

A rubbery solid polymer or copolymer of a carboxylic acid glycidyl ester having a repeating unit of formula (I), repeating units of formulae (I) and (II) in which the (I)/(II) mole ratio is 50-99/50-1, repeating units of formulae (I), (II) and (III) in which the (I)/(II)/(III) mole ratio is 1-90/1-10/3-40, repeating units of formulae (I), (II) and (IV) in which the (I)/(II)/(IV) mole ratio is 35-90/1-20/not less than 5, repeating units of formulae (I) and (III) in which the (I)/(III) mole ratio is 50-97/50-3, repeating units of formulae (I), (III) and (IV) in which the (I)/(III)/(IV) mole ratio is 35-90/5-60/not less than 5, or repeating units of formulae (I), (II), (III) and (IV) in which the (I)/(II)/(III)/(IV) mole ratio is 35-85/3-10/3-55/not less than 5 ##STR1## wherein R represents a saturated alkyl group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms, ##STR2## wherein X represents a halogen atom, ##STR3## wherein R.sup.1 represents H or CH.sub.3 ; and a curable composition thereof.
