Abstract
Novel compounds of the formula ##STR1## wherein R.sup.1, R.sup.2 and R.sup.3 are H or alkyl and R is an optionally-substituted unsaturated, cycloalkyl, secondary-alkyl, aromatic or heterocyclic group, are useful as plant growth regulators and herbicides. Certain intermediates are also novel.
