Abstract

This invention discloses a family of bicyclodecyl ether sulfonates derived from dicyclopentadiene. Specifically synthesized is the compound: ##STR1## These compounds exhibit hydrotropic properties. These compounds are useful in liquid detergent formulations used in household, industrial and institutional products.
