Abstract

Compounds useful as plant growth regulators and fungicides and having the formula ##STR1## and stereoisomers thereof, wherein W is --CH.dbd. or .dbd.N--; Q is optionally substituted aryl, especially optionally substituted phenyl, or optionally substituted aralkyl or alkyl; R.sup.1, R.sup.2, R.sup.3, R.sup.4, R.sup.5 and R.sup.6, which may be the same or different, are H, optionally substituted alkyl, cycloalkyl, aralkyl or phenyl; R.sup.7 and R.sup.8 are H, alkyl or optionally substituted phenyl; and acid addition salts and metal complexes thereof, and processes and intermediates for their preparation.
