Abstract

The novel N-(dichlorofluoromethylthio)-3,6-endomethylene-.DELTA..sup.4 -tetrahydrophthalimides can be prepared from 3,6-endomethylene-.DELTA..sup.4 -tetrahydrophthalimide with dichlorofluoromethanesulphenyl chloride in the presence of an acid-binding agent in solution. They can be used as microbicidal agents.
