Abstract

A new 1,2,4-triazole compound is now provided, which is represented by the general formula ##STR1## wherein X may be the same or different and denotes a halogen atom, a (C.sub.1 -C.sub.4)alkyl group, a (C.sub.1 -C.sub.4)alkoxyl group, a (C.sub.1 -C.sub.4)alkylthio group, a (C.sub.1 -C.sub.4) alkylsulfinyl group, a (C.sub.1 -C.sub.4)alkylsulfonyl group, a trifluoromethyl group, a nitro group or a cyano group;
