Abstract
An improved diagnostic assay and stabilized reagent composition for the determination of .gamma.-glutamyltransferase activity in biological specimens using a buffered solution of .gamma.-glutamyl-p-nitroanilide and glycylglycine, wherein .beta.-cyclodextrin and preferably also dimethylsulfoxide have been added thereto.
