Abstract
An absorption refrigeration system with a booster compressor in which at least one partial flow of a refrigerant vapor is extracted at an intermediate pressure appropriate for absorption. The method is performed by installing at least one additional absorption stage for the absorption of the extracted partial flow. Only the remaining refrigerant vapor has to be compressed to the total pressure difference.
